Ray was born in Syracuse, NY on September 7, 1935, the son of the late Raymond E. Dann Sr. and Dorcas (Dempster) Dann. He enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1952 and served for 20 years until his retirement in 1972, serving in the Vietnam War from 1969-1970. Age 84, of Alpine, NY entered unto rest on Friday, September 30, 2022 at Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca, NY. Obituary: Lorna later secured admission to the University of Pennsylvania, where she took classes while working as an administrative/grant writing assistant at the University's School of Nursing. Her greatest joy was in serving her god, Jehovah, and caring for the many friends she met in her service. Bonnie is survived by five sisters, Debra Phelps of Millport, Jane Gublo of Beaver Dams, Kathi Ames of Horseheads, Tonia Williams of Clearwater, FL and Audrey Callahan of Gonzales, FL; and one brother, Edward Geisel, Jr. of Ohio. He is survived by his sister, Sadie Wheeler of Dundee; sister-in-law, Avis Litteer of Penn Yan; and by several nieces and nephews. Jim was a B.M.F. Her memorial service will follow at 6:00 p.m. He was a member of the Montour Moose and the Moose Riders. Ruth J. Thurston Pierce. She worked as a bookkeeper for Polly-O Dairy, was the Montour Falls Village Clerk, and an Administrative Assistant for Odessa-Montour Central School until her retirement in 1994. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Marnie; three children, Heather, Kathleen and Timothy; two grandchildren, Kacie and Kendall; a brother, Howard Havens; sister, Patty McCauley; his in-laws; and by many nieces and nephews. A reception will be announced. She was also a member of Faith Baptist Chapel. He was first and foremost a country kid and a country doctor. He served as a trustee on the Odessa Village Board from 1984-1990.
